“No one else will know these lonely dreams…“

The day ended just like any other day. On the beach front, the sun dipped into the sea. On the plains, the sun disappeared behind the distant hill. Tomorrow the sun will return and a new day will begin.

I might be too optimistic in saying that the sun will definitely come up tomorrow but who’ll say it won’t? Even pessimists tremble at the thought of that. So the sun shall rise tomorrow. Haha.. I think I’m in a hyper-mood this week. I can’t seem to stop smiling and I don’t know why.. Hmm, it’s puzzling but one thing for sure, I’m definitely not in love.

The fact that I’m smiling like crazy has not escaped my friends at uni either. One of them noted that I’m so ’smiley’ (’smiley’ is a term used to describe a person who smiles a lot) that I smile in my text messages too. The friend said, all the SMS-es received from me contains or are littered with smilies ( a.k.a. emoticons).

I don’t even know why but after learning that I laughed. It sounded ridiculous to me but true enough, I smile in my text messages too. Haha.. One thing I hate about SMS-es are how impersonal they are and I absolutely hate writing short SMS-es. That’s why I put smilies in. Get it?

As for the reason a Hafiz might be found to smile a lot? I think I just find things happening around me humorous/funny.
